One theater chain is defying the MPAAs strict R-rating for Michael Moores new movie.

The 13-state-wide Alamo Drafthouse Cinema announced it will relax its R-rating policy for the liberal filmmakersWhere to Invade Next.

We simply dont believeWhere to Invade Nextshould have received an R rating from the MPAA.

Moore lost his appeal of the films R-rating last year.

The doc was classified as restricted for language, some violent images, drug use and brief graphic nudity.

Moore refused to make any cuts to try and reduce the rating to a more box-office-friendly PG-13.

He noted this was the sixth time one of his documentaries received an R-rating.

13 yrs later, thats worked out well.
