So we finally met the infamous Negan on Sunday nights finale ofThe Walking Dead.
But saying hello to him meant saying goodbye to someone else.
A few highlights:
On how it felt swinging Lucille:
It felt good.

I mean, I feel bad for whoever was on the receiving end of Lucille.
But for me, as soon as I held her, I was Negan.
That kind of did it for me.
Any kind of preparation didnt mean much until Lucille was in my hand.
And especially to be off-camera.
And it was cold as hell.
It was all night shoots.
And putting 120 percent into it.
On Negan as a person:
Hes just kind of a charismatic leader.
And also people are probably a little scared of him.
But in thisWalking Deadworld, people are going to follow a guy like that.
Ricks a little psychotic, I think … Theyre just two sides of the same coin, really.
Negan and Rick are very similar.
I think that Negans letting him get off kind of easy.
I count at least 20 people that Rick and Daryl have killed of my guys.
