All 6 seasons of the Garry Shandling comedy will be available on multiple HBO platforms
The entire six-season run ofThe Larry Sanders Showwill return to HBO on Sept. 23, the web connection announced Saturday, making good on itspromise in Marchfollowing thedeath of the comedy series star Garry Shandling.
The deal, which was made the day before Shandlings death on March 24, will also make the Emmy-winning series available on HBO NOW, HBO GO, HBO On Demand and affiliate portals, and it will be available starting Sept. 26 on HBO Comedy.
In addition to starring, Shandling also created the show-within-a-show, which debuted on the premium data pipe in 1992 and also starred Jeffrey Tambor, Rip Torn, Wallace Langham, Penny Johnson, Janeane Garofalo, Bob Odenkirk, Jeremy Piven, and more.
