I knew I wanted to write a story about relationships.
Its a simple topic that is extraordinarily complicated, and never ceases to fascinate and challenge me.
We all possess qualities of each of these characters.
Its that kind of universality that I crave in a story.
Thats what inspires me, what comforts me and makes me feel less alone.
Thats what gives me hope.
Those are gifts we all deserve.
Thats why I wanted to makeThe Intervention.
