Theres the ongoing war at Lockhart, Agos & Lee, along with Peters now-inevitable indictment.
We start this episode back in bed with Alicia and Jason.
Alicia has questions about Jasons religion, though oddly not as many as she has about Graces religion.

But their time is cut short when Diane calls Alicia into court.
to enter Alicias apartment.
Jason, who doesnt even flinch at Peters rage, simply goes back into Alicias bedroom to get dressed.
At this point, I am LOVING THIS.
Finally Alicia has a man tall enough to stare down Peter!
The bad news for Alicia?
By the time she gets home that night, Jason is long gone and probably rethinking everything.
Oh, but thats not all!
(But at least they lose it to the likable Caitlin, played by Anna Camp.)
Meanwhile, back at the office, the gender war has officially begun.
First, Diane and Cary move Howard down to the 27th floor to give Alicia a better office.
Then, David decides to fire back by burying Lucca under a 50-state survey.
But in a very frustrating moment, Alicia continues to pretend she doesnt know whats going on.
She claims its between Diane and Cary and that she cannot take sides.
But that later changes when Diane proposes that they make Alicia a named partner.
And with that, Carys mind is made up: Hes quitting.
He likes being a lawyer, but all of the politics behind being a partner have worn him out.
So hes having Diane buy him out.
And for now, he and his loosened tie are walking away from Alicia.
(But dont worry.
This cant be the last we see of him considering hes been subpoenaed in Peters case.)
She runs into Jason and discovers that he met Peter.
First, she informs him that their relationship is purely sexual.
And then after that, hes free to do whatever he wants.
Alicia, however, has one thing she wants: A divorce!
This is me not caring, she tells him.
Yep, carefree Alicia is my favorite.
And by the time she gets home, Jasons waiting for her in her bedroom.
Alicias answer…is something well have to wait one more week to discover.
(And a big part of me wants it to be a no.)
The other big piece of drama this week?
Connor Fox goes after Marissa so that get to Eli.
As far as Connors concerned, Marissa can testify against her father OR Eli can testify against Peter.
With that, Eli heads to Diane because at this point, he needs his own lawyer.
And this is where Eli claims he might know some things about Peters deal with Lloyd Garber.
As to whether he really does and is finally turning on Peter, well, thats also TBD.
Its actually quite the opposite.
