Can you ever truly trust a Grounder?

This is a show that potentially has no good guys.

This is a show thats had multiple massacres at the hands of major characters.

Clarke says she wouldnt need to be returned if Lexa hadnt kidnapped her, but Lexa insists shesavedher.

You know when I could have used saving?

When you abandoned me at Mount Weather.

Yep, were diving right into it.

You have no honor, and I had no choice, she says.

She goes before the council, where everyone bows except the ambassador from Ice Nation.

He wants Lexa to explain why Wanheda is still alive.

But Lexas second in command, Titus, speaks up instead.

He wants to know why Ice Nation troops are closing in on Polis.

Dont f with Lexa, yall.

Someone should pass this message onto Clarke.

Because while shes busy … hanging out on balconies?

I dont fit in here, she says as we all cry.

She has a message: The summit is a trap and all of the Sky People will die.

Okay, lets break this down.

If somehow the assassin kills the handful of people in Polis, you are going tonukethe entire capital?

THAT IS HOW YOU ENDED UP IN SPACE FOR 97 YEARS.

I dont believe theyd think it was a good idea, let alonehelp the cause.

But anyway, thats whats happening.

Gina stays behind to help get the missiles going (her too??).

In preparation for the summit at sundown, Kane and Abby go to Polis.

He has a vision for the Grounder/Sky People relationship, and she does not.

Before Clarke can reunite with her mom, she has a little job to do: Kill Lexa.

She holds it at Lexas throat as they stare into each others eyes.

Lexa says Im sorry, and Clarke cries and drops the blade.

At dusk, we finally get the mother/daughter reunion weve been waiting for.

But Clarke doesnt have time to catch up shes presenting Lexas 13th-clan proposition to Abby and Kane.

Abby isnt so sure, but Kane says its the right thing to do.

And although Polis doesnt allow weapons, Echo shows them a tunnel to the capitol they can use.

So instead of explaining the situation to them, Bellamy and Pike just kill them.

Upstairs, Lexa calls the summit to order and welcomes Skaikru, the newest tribe in the coalition.

Even though theres murmuring in the crowd, Lexa wastes no time with her plan.

With Abbys blessing, Kane receives the Grounders mark, as the leader of Skaikru.

(Just a little branding, nbd.)

He says the Ice Nation is there as a trap.

Well, he is the assassin, but hes not at the capitol.

Hes at Mount Weather.

(The call is coming from inside the house!)

Hes not going to the control room, though, hes headed straight for the presidents office.

He stabs Gina repeatedly and copies a code from his arm into the presidents launch pad.

Hes initiated self-destruct … in one minute.

Gina is able to get to her walkie to let Raven and Sinclair know what the Grounder has done.

They chase after him and catch him just outside Mount Weather.

They have just enough time to give Gina the code but shes already dead.

Raven wants to run back in, but its too late.

Mount Weather is no more.

Just as Kane is telling Bellamy to stand down, Ravens voice comes over the walkie.

She says the Grounders attacked Mount Weather.

Sinclair and I are the only ones left.

She tells Kane and Abby to go back to their people that theyll avenge the attack together.

Clarke stays behind as the ambassador for Skaikru.

Bellamy told Clarke she could never trust Lexa again, but Im not sure thats true.

Lexa needs the Sky People, and Wanheda, to defeat the Ice Nation.

Queen Nia (Brenda Strong) is there, and shes lookingfierce.

Echo tells the queen, You got your war thanks to the last Mountain Man.

And then that slimy son of a bitch Emerson walks up next to the queen.

Emerson, you better watch your back.

Questions:

What did you think of Ye Who Enter Here?

Do you think we can finally trust Lexa?

Should we be worried about Bellamy and Octavias relationship?

Were you happy to see Emerson again?

(Just kidding, hes the worst.)
