Joe Anglim was battling Keith Nale for immunity when he suddenly dropped unconscious to the ground.
Out of nowhere, Joe collapsed, and doctors, cameramen, and contestants all rushed toward him.

Basically, his blood sugars come down to the point where hes not able to support himself.
My legs went numb, said the contestant of the blackout.
I just want it so bad.
I love this game.
I want to play it as hard as I can.
