We quickly realized we were going to run out of good urban legends in a hurry.

the show started taking more risks.
All that being said, not every idea works.
We just couldnt make it work.
I think that was the only script in 11 years that we ever abandoned.
It was just too hard to do and we just couldnt nail it.
So I guess well never get to see what Sam Winchester would look like as amonkey.
