As we saw last week, the U.S. attorney knows exactly where to attack to put the pressure on.

We open with another blunted victory.

(Spoiler alert: He does.)

Gibbs sets her sights on Rachel and picks her up for an off-the-record meeting.

and check that they both have law careers when this is all over.

Im not a lawyer, but I do watch a lot of lawyers on TV.)

The problem with this weeks focus on Rachel is that its just not that compelling.

But anyway, now that Gibbs has made a move against Rachel, Mike springs into action.

Behind Harveys back, Mike goes to see Scottie for help, and she shuts him down.

First, a rival lawyer published an op-ed claiming one of the named partnersmust haveknown about Mike.

Gibbs is clearly out for blood and is going after the firm until she gets what she wants.

Its moments like this when you realize why Jessica is so guarded and not quick to trust.

Her protege, her person, is letting her down when she needs him the most.

Argentina is the one place she can go and cant be summoned back to testify.

This is only a short victory, however.

After their minor win, Scottie pays Harvey another visit.

Its interesting that Harvey is making plans for after the war.

Is Harvey realizing there might be more to life than work?

This is definitely an interesting point.

Odds are well probably never get there because I dont seeSuitsactually allowing Mike to not practice law.
