Once upon a time, Larry David angrily quit his job as a writer onSaturday Night Live.

Davids ruse actually worked, but his short tenure atSNLwas relatively insignificant.

Not so, his triumphant return as guest.

(Hes far from ahost, he insisted in his monologue.)

David turned out to be the perfect host.

David will certainly be a legitimate contender in our best-host poll, which is tight after 12 episodes.

Ronda Rousey currently leads the pack, but her debut was inauspicious.

Polling less than 30 percent in ones first week is not a promising sign.

Adam Driver, though, stands in second, even if his huge debut numbers came back to Earth.

Finishing last, sadly, was Amy Schumer (though even she witnessed a rise in support).

May you get nothing but TrumpSNLreruns for the rest of the year.

More specifically, who do you hope gets invited back next year?

Whose show had your boss, your mom, and your roommate still giggling on Monday morning?

Its subjective, of course, but lets reward the guest hosts who brought something special to the table.

Youre not voting on this one sketch alone; be sure to consider the entire episode.

Ultimately, well dismiss the less memorable hosts and crown a new Mr. or Ms. Saturday Night in May.
