ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: Lets talk about the cameos.
How difficult was it getting Chelsea Handler on the show?
She was very complimentary, which I couldnt believe.

I had no idea she even knew about the show.
Then I made a joke.
But of course people say that, people talk all day long.
This was way before we started pre-production.
We hadnt hired writers.
We had done nothing.
And I didnt see her since.
So long story short, shes a woman of her word.
ERIN FOSTER:She made it so fing easy for us.
We couldnt get a budget to do hair and makeup for her, which we were horrified about.
We even thought, Should we just pay for this out of pocket?
She was so easy and cool, just amazing.
Jessica Alba was on in season 1, and shes back.
Is she a close friend?
ERIN:Shes a good friend of ours, and she works her ass off.
We really wanted her to come back in season two because shes really funny and cool.
So I told Jessica, Heres the idea.
Shes gonna be like, Oh, you did it so I could do it too.
Youre just a random actress and put your name on it.
SARA:We thought that we would just give her a very short walk and talk, essentially.
ERIN:And she said, Yeah, I could do that, but thats kind of boring.
Everyone thinks of me as this uptight professional girl at this point.
I want to do something different.
SARA:She basically said she wanted to play an alcoholic.
I thought that was way more interesting than what we had.
She needs her Honest Company.
Obviously, this is all ridiculous because Saras acting career is nowhere.
We had to raise the stakes with people loving season one.
Voyage energy drink in the episode, where did the whole horse piss idea come from?
That was all him.
SARA:Right, but we always know that these characters are never going to win.
ERIN:I thought it was.
SARA:Ill take credit for it.
Do people assume you are your character?
But when people are like, Wait, is that you?
and I have to explain that its a joke.
The point of these behind-the-scenes discussions is so that fans can see who you both really are.
Everyone is too good for a reality show until theyre on a reality show.
SARA:I mean, Mark Wahlberg is on a reality show!
Hes so likable, that Mark Wahlberg.
People love it, and you know what, reality TV watchers arent offended by our show.
Kris Jenner likes our show!
She was going to be in season two, but we couldnt get the schedule to work out.
ERIN:People need it, and were giving it to them.
Before we sign off, congratulations on the bigBarely Famousbillboard Im seeing all over L.A.!
Did you instagram it?
Im telling all my exes to suck a dk.
SARA:By the way, people think shes so funny.
But she was serious.
SARA: We essentially spent all of November fighting for the episode.
If we get a season three, we have to do it.
