Sandra Bullock hasadopted her second child.
The Oscar-winning actress revealed the news exclusively to PEOPLE for the magazines latest cover.
The actress previously adopted her son Louis, who is now 5, in 2010.

She added that how the media treats women was difficult to reconcile while raising a son.
In a later interview,Bullock was asked how she handles discussions of racewith Louis.
Its an open conversation we have, she said.
He fully understands what that means, Bullock replied.
