Instead, Im more confused than ever.
Up is down, and down is up.
This was one explosive holiday episode (sorry, I had to), so lets talk about it!

Instead they get a three-day weekend for New Years Eve.
This doesnt last long before Caleb shows up in a tux.
He says his small family New Years turned out to be a 200-person party.
He wants Shelby to come along, but she says Natalie and Alex have to go along, too.
(Nimah didnt get invited because she went on a coffee run, which is pretty rude.)
Those are totally normal things to have during FBI training, right?
At the Haas household, Alex meets the woman of her/our dreams: Eliza Coupe.
Coupe is playing Hannah Wyland, who has the job Alex wants and a dream husband named Ryan Booth.
He convinces her to go back inside, but that was a terrible idea.
So Alex goesbackoutside to wait for that lost Uber driver, and Liam offers to drive her instead.
They get to the academy, but Alex isnt ready to go in yet.
She says she wants him to take her somewhere, and we get this gem:
Im your teacher.
I guess were just ignoring the fact that hes a good 15 years older than her?
While theyre probably getting it on, Shelby and Caleb are un-getting it on.
Caleb knows this must be why his mom is offering to take his dad back.
Clayton is clearly hurt that she wanted to restore their marriage only for political purposes.
Remember how Elias chloroformed Simon last week?
Well, now hes claiming that someone tried to puthislife in danger, that someone pushed him into traffic.
He subtly gets the gang to land on Simon as their suspect.
Instead of him, they find a very carefully framed apartment full of blueprints.
Simon is sitting in the room with his hand taped to a bomb trigger.
He says someone drugged him and he woke up here which sounds very familiar.
You think Alex is feeling deja vu?
And after he framed Alex, they called and asked him to bring this trigger to the hotel.
This is an absolutely idiotic plan, but whatever, well go with it.
Simon and Alex talk through where the bomb could be, and they decide on the boiler room.
Liam and Miranda find it, and there are seven minutes and counting on the timer.
But his former classmates dont have time to dwell on his death theres a bomb ticking below them.
The bomb team is able to disable it with one second left.
Relieved, Simon releases the trigger.
And a bomb goes off…at Command Center.
Were his mother and Shelby in there?
Will this show only be able to continue if they keep bombing things?
Lots of questions to think about, and of course, we still have our Suspects to run down.
Until we have more info, Im assuming the suspect(s) is/are responsible for both bombs.
Suspects
Alex Parrish: No no no.Not Guilty.
Liam OConnor:Not Guilty.
For being the assistant director, he really is serving no purpose at the FBI post-attack.
Ryan Booth:Not Guilty.
The only problem this guy has is too many women falling all over him.
NimahAmin:Not Guilty.
RainaAmin: Her terrorist love story fell away this episode, so Im putting her back asNotGuiltyfor now.
Shelby Wyatt:NotGuilty.
Simon Asher:NotGuilty.
That would bewaytoo elaborate of him to pull of being framed while still responsible.
Caleb Haas:Not Guilty?
Natalie Vasquez:Not Guilty.
Elias Harper:Guilty, but maybe not the terrorist, just easily manipulated.
Clayton Haas:Not Guilty.
Brandon Fletcher:Not Guilty.
Seriously where is this guy??
Charlie Shaw:Not Guilty.
Claire Haas: MaybeGuilty?
Well, happy holidays, yall things just got way more complicated.
