The last book that made me cry
Janet MocksRedefining Realness.
Its her transgender life story, and it made me cry to see her struggles.
To know her today as a friend and to see what she went through was heartbreaking.
The fictional character who is my hero
Superman.
I tried out for the part in 1977 for the movie.
I got to wear the cape and went to Rome to do the screen test.
They had me on hold for the part for almost a year.
It was great fun.
The last TV show I binged
Breaking Bad.Did I like it?
It was very well done.
But it was also exhausting to watch, to see all the stuff this guy went through.
I just thought, Ive got to take a break from this!
Ive got to find the Smurf movie or something.
I was wondering if theres somebody out there that could play Bruce and also play the struggles of Caitlyn.
Thats a hard one to cast.
I think Rob Lowe could be good.
Hes kind of got this look where maybe hes the one who could pull that off.

The fictional group of pals Ive always felt I belonged with
The Golden Girls.
They were classy, they were funny, my kind of humor.
That was a great series.
My all-time favorite movie
The Right Stuff.
I love aviation and the story of the first man to break the sound barrier, Chuck Yeager.
Ive got such respect for guys that do those types of things.
Buzz Aldrin is a great friend.
It just fascinates me that people will do that.
The first album I bought with my own money

Back when I was in college were talking late 60s, early 70s you only had albums.
I just love her raspiness and the soul that she put into it.
Never did see her live.
And it was Three Dog Night.
I didnt have any money, so I had the cheap seatswayup on top, a million miles away.
But it was good!
It was really good.
I dont go to too many concerts.
Theres only a few people that Ill actually go to see: Elton John, Billy Joel.
Thats my kind of stuff.
Good old classic, great music kind of stuff.
Theyre both so talented: Pianists, writers, singers.
Theyre like the whole package.
The fictional place Ive dreamed of moving to

Ive been flying for 40 years.
I have my own plane.
Space travel, to me, is just fascinating.

For me, keeping my attention for a really long, long, long period of time is tough.
So most of my reading is articles and this or that, mostly smaller stuff.
Something I can get through fairly quickly.
