PJ Harveys ninth studio album will be titledThe Hope Six Demolition Project, and is due out April 15, the experimental rocker announced on Thursday.

Harveyrevealed in Decemberthat she would release a new album in 2016, but even before the official announcement, Harvery spent the first few months of 2015publicly recording the album as an art installationat Londons Somerset House.

The inspiration forThe Hope Six Demolition Projectcomes from Harveys world travels taken between the release of her last albumLet England Shakeand the beginning of her Somerset House residency.

In the four-year period, the singer drew inspiration from her journeys in Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Washington, D.C.

In addition to the announcement, Harvey released a trailer for the album, featuring the opening track The Community of Hope and the lead single The Wheel.
