There are only two mentions of Brian in the film, and Mia is nowhere to be seen.
But before he can say anything else, Letty cuts him off.
Theydoeventually figure out whats going on with Dom, which brings us to the second Brian reference.
The big twist of the film again, spoilers!
He wanted to save his (new) family.
In the end, Cipher kills Elena, but Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) saves Doms unnamed son.
So, in the last shot of the film, Dom introduces everyone at the cookout to … Brian.
Is it a sweet sentiment?
Does it make sense?
Considering Brian is still alive within theFastuniverse, one could argue itd make more sense to name him Paul.
But hey, well take all the Brian we can get.
