Miss Universe ratings are down from last year. Or as host Steve Harvey might say: Up from last year. Foxs telecast had 6.2 million viewers and a 1.7 rating among adults 1849 on Sunday night. NBC had the ability to cross-promote Miss Universe and TrumpsCelebrity Apprentice....

But despite suggestions that the two share the crown, Miss Philippines Pia Wurtzbach isnt budging. Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez thinks splitting the title is a great idea, though.
