Cate Blanchett is in talks to star in Richard Linklaters adaptation ofWhered You Go, Bernadette,Maria Semples best-selling 2012 novel, EW has confirmed. The book follows the search for Bernadette, an eccentric mother who goes missing right before shes supposed to lead her family on a trip to Antarctica in celebration of her 15-year-old daughters middle-school graduation. This would mark the first time Blanchett, who currently stars inTruthand is already receivingOscar buzzfor the upcomingCarol, has worked with Linklater....
