The places along the highway have been formative for Williams, a Louisiana native, and this album will pay tribute to the experiences or inspirations that these areas have given her.
The 16-track album will include predominantly original music, but also feature two covers: a version of Factory originally by Bruce Springsteen, and House of Earth, a song Woody Guthrie wrote lyrics for but Williams added music to.
