Kardashian and Odom were still legally married, but hadsigned divorce papers in July, perPEOPLE.
Odom, a two-time NBA champion, was hospitalized Oct. 13 after being foundunconscious in a Nevada brothel.
Odomregained consciousnessFriday andwas transferred to Los Angelesfor further treatment.
