Kesha denied preliminary injunction in case involving Dr. Luke

A New York judge hasdenied Keshas request for a preliminary injunctionin her case involving songwriter and producer Dr. Luke.

But New York Supreme Court Justice Shirley Kornreich sided against Keshas argument.

There has been no showing of irreparable harm, Kornreichconcluded.

Then came Dr. Lukes threats.

Earlier this month, Kornreichdismissedconcurrent lawsuits brought by Dr. Luke against Keshas mother and manager.

Keshas legal team did not immediately respond to EWs requests for comment.
