Everyone has those moments and for me this brief experience was all I needed.
Though, like I say in the video, Im still trying!

Even if you have it figured out, theres always more that you could be doing.
Comfort for me is terrifying, as is change for most people.
Its not easy, but you’ve got the option to do it.
Its funny because Im still not sure what the bigger picture is.
Whats the best way to turn negativity into positivity and inspiration?
