Its clear that he knows hes on the outside of the group in many ways.
I dont think he pieces together that its related to a murder, but its something that he senses.
I think hes pretty distracted.
Theres a lot of stuff going on right now.
Hes really tied up in that right now.
I dont think he would notice much more than that at the moment.
Is there anything you could tease about what happened at Trotter Lake?
Yeah, you will find out what Trotter Lake is in this weeks coming episode.
You wont have to wait that much longer.
Its a very dark, complicated issue.
Im very interested to see how people respond to it.
It complicates his relationship with his own understandings of whats right and what isnt.
We saw that Asher learned about Bonnies past with her father.
How does that change their dynamic?
He feels really horrible for her.
He really cares about her.
Its not very black and white.
Its almost self-defense, really.
It escalated beyond that, but it makes it more justifiable.
How is Asher going to lean on Annalise now that shes let him into the inner circle?
He has faith that she can make Sinclair go away and deal with that issue.
He places faith in her and in the group.
Its a very complicated story line.
He has a lot of respect for Annalises legal ability.
In the flash-forward, we see that Asher has gone to the police.
Can you talk a little bit about his mindset at that point?
We shoot those things without any kind of context.
But now we really dont have any information going into it.
With Sinclair trying to take Annalise down, will the Keating House become a dangerous place to work?
Yeah, I think it will.
Obviously theres a lot of tension.
With everyone working in the same space, it becomes very emotionally claustrophobic.
Shes persistent and has a lot of resources.
Are we going to see more of Ashers relationship with his dad after he basically wrote him off?
Yeah, I believe we will see more of that.
We will see more of his father than we did last year.
Any word yet on whether John Bennett will be back onOrange Is the New Blacknext season?
My answer is still, unfortunately, that youll have to wait and see.
Do you hope that Bennet can, at some point, redeem himself?
Sure, Id love that.
