Rules are important in any job.
Theres extra pressure to get it right and extra guilt if something goes wrong.
But Edwards is mad.

In real life, shed understand why she cant go in the OR with him.
OnGreys, she acts like shes never even considered ethics at work.
She cant waste away in waiting rooms as Kyle gets checked out and operated on.
She has to beinthe OR, helping people and working and focusing on herself.
She screws everything up, though, she warns.
He screws up everything, too, he responds.
Then they make out.
Just look at poor Edwards!
Shes feeling good about it, and Arizona is feeling…not good.
Why didnt you catch this earlier, she demands.
Fortunately, Aprils baby turns out to be fine.
(Cue a huge sigh of relief.)
But Arizona does dump her as a patient because shed rather be her friend than her doctor.
In other news, Ben and Bailey are fighting in the OR.
They get into a verbal argument as Maggie and Riggs stand by, horrified.
Hes got a point.
Does Bailey really just want him to sit around all day, learning nothing?
But make no mistake: Youre still sleeping on the couch, she snaps when he walks by.
Hell hath no fury like a Bailey scorned, after all.
