Made up of leader Papa Emeritus III and various Nameless Ghouls, the heavy metal band walked the red carpet outside of Los Angeles Staples Center on Monday in their trademark head-to-toe black-and-white outfits and haunting masks.

While the ghouls covered their faces in the silver horned masks free of mouths, Papa Emeritus III continued the the color scheme in his concealing face paint.

The anonymous members of the heavy metal band famously keep their identities hidden, invoking religious imagery and classic elements into their appearances.

The rockers were nominated for the first time at the 2016 Grammys and took home the honor of Best Metal Performance.

Nominated for the single Cirice, they beat out Identity from August Burns Red, 512 from Lamb of God, Thank You from Sevendust, and Custer from Slipknot.

Cirice is a cut off of Ghosts third full-length studio album,Meliora, released five years after the groups 2010 debutOpus Eponymous.

Being nominated for a Grammy is obviously a big honor for any band or artist,a Nameless Ghoul said in an interview ahead of the show.

Especially for us as a Swedish band, it feels extra honoring… especially us maneuvering in the rock genre, where traditionally its usually British or American bands… For us, its definitely a sign of recognition and [something] we can suck on for the rest of our lives.
