In Lies the Truth opens on a flashback (or perhaps a scene in Tommys head?)
in which Rie and Dion do the deed one drunken night.
The suddenly revealed truth immediately affects everything at Thirio.
by Tommys sudden change in disposition after their romantic rooftop picnic.
Dion decides to give Tommy a little room to breathe, so he goes to see Uncle Stavros.
He tells him about the whole situation with Tommy and how he doesnt know what to do.
Tommy, meanwhile, has a ticking time bomb on his hands with TJ.
This is about to get out of control.
Dont worry, though, Im sureFeed the Beastcan totally handle this situation with nuance.
When Pilar storms off, he follows to tell her what happened between him and Dion.
As usual, sheswaytoo understanding with Tommy whos mostly just an asshole, dead wife or not.
As it turns out, though, Dion isnt the only one with secrets.
You see, she doesnt have a dead husband.
In fact, she never had a husband at all.
PSA for TV writers: dont write your women like this!
The kitchen staff is prepped, the candles are lit, and Tommy is drinking himself into a stupor.
I guess that last detail isnt such a good thing, but the manisan eternal crank.
How else should he deal with his sorrow?
Sure enough, Tommys inebriation and the looming conflict with Dion finally comes to a head.
Dion keeps trying to take it outside, but Tommy just keeps shouting How many times?
He just wants to know how many times Rie and Dion slept together.
Dions looking to keep things friendly, but Tommys long past reconciliation.
That sends Dion straight to the Tooth Fairy.
He then heads to Marisas apartment to stay with her for the time being.
Ugh, this show.
