Rebecca tries to rekindle love with Josh back where it all began
I love Joshua Felix Chan.

The pretty little shrew is, as usual, tearing Josh down with some first-class passive-aggression.
And for maybe the first time all season, we see Josh grow a pair and tell Valencia off.
Rebecca, meanwhile, is buying her way into camp.
(Anyone else make a guess as to the amount on that check?)
Her ace in the hole?
A love letter she wrote to Josh back when they were in camp.
Naturally, now is the perfect time, though, right?
Wrong, says Paula, after reading it.
But you know what isnt dumb?
Meanwhile, Greg and Heathers relationship has taken a turn toward marriage.
At least according to Greg.
When Heather tells him that she wants to be exclusive, Greg panics and breaks up with her.
(Just kidding, I totally had to Google Chuck Palahniuk.)
I dont know about you, but Im loving the inclusion of Darryl into the boys club.
When we focus on men, it just makes them more powerful, she tells them.
Trust me, in 10 years you wont even remember him.
Rebecca:Blowy Point?
Oh, cause its windy?
Girl:Yeah, so windy it drops you to your knees.
Rebecca:Thats a hazard!
They should put handrails up there!
Waking up in the nurses tent, Rebecca panics when she realizes its almost 5.
I have to go make a boy love me at Blowy Point!
she shouts, rushing out.
And its everything youd expect from 16-year-old Rebecca.
(Actually, its everything youd expect from present day Rebecca as well.)
Its over the top sweet.
You were so dramatic and weird!
Im so glad Im not like that anymore!
After taking the selfie, she bolts.
Its the perfect time to empower some women.
Why doesnt he love me?
The mob turns sympathetic.Thisthey get.
After giving her a makeover that turns her into Becky from the Block, Josh appears.
He wants to talk to her … alone.
(This is when my 16-year-old and current day heart almost burst with anticipation.
You and Darryl both.
(Cue the orchestra swell.)
Josh tells Rebecca he finished reading the letter.
And suddenly, the end isnt sappy.
And it isnt over the top.
In it, Rebecca told Josh how hes her hero and she believed in him.
How theres nothing he couldnt do.
And you know what?
(Game changer alert #2!)
And then … THEN …he kisses her.
Fine, on the cheek, BUT STILL.
A cheek kiss can be damn empowering.
