In a tin shaker, muddle one strawberry.
Add ice, vodka, lime, simple syrup, and balsamic vinegar.
Strain into coup glass.

Garnish with fresh cracked white pepper and a whole strawberry.

Combine bourbon, cider, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
Shake until chilled and pour into a fresh glass with ice.

Stella Artois Cidre Blackberry SpritzFor the cocktail:12 oz.
Stella Artois Cidre3/4 oz.
Casamigos
blackberry-elderflower shrub
Add blackberry-elderflower shrub to Stella Artois Cidre.
For the blackberry-elderflower shrub:4 cups fresh blackberries2 cups sugar2 tbsp.
dried elderflower clusters1/2 cup champagne vinegar
Rinse blackberries and crush slightly in a mixing bowl.
Casa Noble Crystal Tequila
Add sugar and elderflower clusters.
Refrigerate 48 hours, mashing berries occasionally.
Afterwards, blend the mixture and strain out the pulp and seeds.

Add champagne vinegar to the mixture and stir well.

honey simple syrup2 oz.
Add ice and shake 5-10 seconds until cold.
Strain drink into glass over fresh ice and garnish with grapefruit and lime slices.

Shake vigorously for 8-10 seconds.
Fine-strain into tiki glass.

Top off with Angostura bitters.
Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves, pineapple wedge, and 1 serrano slice with Tajin sprinkled over top.
Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters.
