Add blackberry-elderflower shrub to Stella Artois Cidre.

For the blackberry-elderflower shrub:4 cups fresh blackberries2 cups sugar2 tbsp.

dried elderflower clusters1/2 cup champagne vinegar

Rinse blackberries and crush slightly in a mixing bowl.

Casa Noble Crystal Tequila

Add sugar and elderflower clusters.

Refrigerate 48 hours, mashing berries occasionally.

Afterwards, blend the mixture and strain out the pulp and seeds.

Add ice and shake 5-10 seconds until cold.

Strain drink into glass over fresh ice and garnish with grapefruit and lime slices.

Garnish with 2 pineapple leaves, pineapple wedge, and 1 serrano slice with Tajin sprinkled over top.

Strain into glass; top with soda and bitters.
