Just two weeks afterBill Paxtons death,Training Dayis being sent to Saturdays, paving the way forThe Amazing Raceto make its season debut.

CBS announced Friday night that the latest edition of the Emmy-winning reality series will take over the 10 p.m. Thursday slot effective March 30.

That sends the adaptation of the Denzel Washington film to Saturdays at 9 p.m., where the final seven episodes of its first season will air, beginning April 8.

Considering the death of co-lead Paxton and low ratings, its likely those could be the last episodes produced of the series, which also stars Justin Cornwell and Julie Benz.

The web connection also revealed that onceMacGyverconcludes its freshman season,Undercover Bosswill return, taking over the Friday night timeslot for a run of four new episodes starting April 28 at 8 p.m.
