ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY: How is Weller handling the news that Allie is pregnant?

Wellers got a heart.
Hes a big softy.
Will this bring him out of his funk?
I dont know if its a funk.
I just think hes been hit with some hard twists and turns.
I think this is the upward spiral of the rollercoaster.
How does this news start to change how he acts in the field?
A bit of both.
Yes, you would start to think more about the safety of putting yourself in danger.
But thats his job, thats what he signed up for.
He cant really start taking a step backwards now.
Hes the leader of this crew, so hes someone who does what he expects his team to do.
Despite Allie being pregnant with his child, theyre not going to get back together, right?
I dont know yet, and you never know.
Those two get along really well, so I dont know, maybe the baby will bring them together.
What does this mean for his relationship with Jane?
Are they on the road to reconciling?
I think weve still got a ways to go to mend that bridge.
Theyre slowly putting that bridge back together.
Theyve got to be able to work together.
What steps will Weller and Jane take to earn trust back?
They cant keep going at each other.
You cant have that mistrust and work together to find out why she was put there.
You have to take those baby steps forward in that relationship.
What toll does being in charge start to take on Weller?
Hes so focused on his job.
Hes just constantly fighting the evil that people do.
Nas (Archie Panjabi) is also acting as a leader.
How does Weller feel about that?
Does she rub him the wrong way?
Were just trying to find the groove on how to work together.
Yeah, I guess shes come from the NSA and shes the leader coming into this.
How do we fit her in?
And how do we work together?
Yeah, theres been a little bit of friction, but nothing major.
Does Weller trust her?
Yes, for now.
Because theres a mole somewhere in the FBI.
You know that, but Weller doesnt.
Weller cant assume its her.
Who do you think the mole is?
That was a really good try.
[Laughs] I really dont know.
The great thing about this show is it could be anyone.
Thats the exciting part of it.
Can you tease the lead up to phase 2 for Sandstorm?
Thats still to come.
We actually dont know what Phase 2 is yet.
