This is the sixth album by the singer to reach platinum status by the RIAA.
Parkwood and Columbia Records releasedLemonadeon April 23 as a Tidal exclusive.
And physical copies became available for sale May 6.
The album includes the tracks Formation, Freedom featuring Kendrick Lamar, and 6 Inch featuring The Weeknd.
Overall, her album sales have amassed to 17.2 million copies.
Beyonce is currently on her Formation World Tour.
