Rubble falls onto Ruve, while Oliver has to spring into action to help keep Damiens daughter safe.
Anarky uses the cover of the commotion to escape, while Diggle takes her away as Oliver investigates Ruve.
In her dying breaths, she asks Oliver to keep her daughter safe, and he agrees.
