In playing that, its great because I treat everyone else like theyre so beneath me.
Its so fun to play.
If I play him completely dark, no one is going to want to watch him.
He throws really bad tantrums.
Not just make him dark.
Make him a little Joker-ish.
Are we going to get into his history and how he got his powers?
Its so funny you say that.
Im so looking forward to it.
Its been so much fun thus far.
I cant even tell how great of a time Im having up here.

Do you think he has any weaknesses?
Oh yeah, absolutely.
The ego gets the better of him at some point.
Itll get the best of him at some point.
What can you tell us about his organization, H.I.V.E.?
Oh, its great fun.
Ill be over here having a glass of wine.
If you shoot a bullet at him, hell just flick it back at you.
If you attempt to hurt him, hell just crush you.
If he touches you, you die.
But until then, Im going to rule the world and get it as quickly as possible.
Im guessing Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) did not drink the Kool-Aid.
What threat does Darhk have over him?
Oh, his children.
The scenes between Paul and myself get darker and darker and darker.
What will his next face-off with the Green Arrow look like?
The scenes between the two of us get deeper and darker.
About halfway through the season, its just nails-and-teeth fighting.
Its going to be great stuff.
Does he know Oliver is the Green Arrow when hes trying to befriend him?
Nope, not yet.
What would you say is his ultimate goal and how far hes willing to go to achieve it?
Theres no stopping him.
He wont be looking as polished as he has been in the first third of the year.
By the end of the season, Im sure hell be crazy.
How is this role different from what youve played before?
He knows exactly what he wants and hes going to get it.
Its fun to play that.
Ive never played that powerful of a character before.
Its been really great.
Ive been enjoying the heck out of it.
