Smurf and the older salesman spend some time talking about the car and drawing up the paperwork.
Hes pissed about Pope stealing the last one, so now he wants in.
Vin wont have much of a claim at all if Baz cant rope Paul in for the job though.
Hes the one variable.

The story shakes Smurf, and its clear she cant go through with her revenge plot.
