The series earned 12 Emmy nominations and received five awards.
Fuller is also showrunning the upcoming Starz fantasy seriesAmerican Gods, based on Neil Gaimans novel.
Anthology series have been popularized recently on a season-long basis by shows likeFargo,True DetectiveandAmerican Horror Story.
U.K. techno-thrillerBlack Mirroris a key exception:last month, Netflix commissioned a full new season of the show.
